PT Kiwoom Sekuritas Indonesia (“Kiwoom”) always strives to protect the privacy and security of the personal data of its customers and prospective customers in such a way as to comply with the applicable laws and regulations.

     When you access our Electronic System, either through a mobile device or other device, we may collect certain information automatically, including but not limited to the type of device you are using, the unique ID of the device used, the Internet Protocol address, the type of operating system, the type of search engine you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
     
     Any information and data mentioned above is generated and/or given to us as long as you access the Electronic System and carry out activities therein. For example, your registered username, search results and history for available products and services, transaction records, as well as your answers to questions intended for verification.

• MISCELANEOUS
  Kiwoom cannot distinguish the age of users who access and use their Electronic Systems. If a minor (according to applicable law) has provided his/her personal information/data to Kiwoom without the consent of the parent or guardian, the parent or guardian can contact Kiwoom to delete the data.
